1.Why are your services so much more affordable than with the other guys?

Our model is simple. We have structured our business exclusively to focus on negotiating improved contracts with UPS®, FedEx®, & DHL Express®. Our proprietary technology and software automates the benchmarking component so that our former parcel carrier pricing experts can focus exclusively on assisting clients with developing the strategy and executing on effective negotiations.

2.Your competitors offer auditing, freight payment, and reporting. Why don’t you?

In order to effectively provide those services, it requires substantial staffing. Most of our competitors built their business around those services and were forced to offer UPS®, FedEx®, & DHL Express® contract negotiations to support the resources needed to maintain them. This leads to a mediocre service at a premium price. We chose to offer a premium product at a significant discount whereby we can pass the savings on to our customers.

3.My carrier has not been flexible in the past. What makes you feel that we’ll succeed?

With thousands of UPS®, FedEx®, & DHL Express® negotiations behind us, there aren’t too many situations that we haven’t encountered. You will be working with a former carrier pricing expert and his or her team. That experience, combined with targeting specific pricing based on your shipping characteristics, will position you for great success, even if you are an inexperienced negotiator.

4.How quickly can we expect results from our negotiations

UPS®, FedEx®, & DHL Express® negotiations last 30 to 90 days. There are many factors that influence the timeframe, but we recommend that you remain patient and apply pressure strategically. Each response cycle typically takes approximately 2 weeks. You then need a few days in between to review and analyze the responses and prepare the next request.
